To nurture Quran learning, character, family connection, and service.
Our mission is to provide a welcoming, organized, and beneficial community center where students learn with care, families are supported, and service becomes a shared responsibility.
Mission statement
Ahlul Quran Wa Sunnah Community Center Inc exists to support faith-centered education and community service in Jacksonville, Florida. We aim to help children, youth, and families build a meaningful relationship with Quran learning while developing discipline, respect, responsibility, and care for others.
We believe that community growth happens through consistent effort. A student who receives patient instruction can gain confidence. A family that feels supported can build stronger routines. A volunteer who finds a clear role can serve with purpose. A donor who gives with trust can help sustain programs that benefit many people.
Core values
Learning with patience
We encourage steady progress, age-appropriate instruction, review, and practical support rather than pressure or unrealistic expectations.
Respect and dignity
Students, parents, volunteers, staff, guests, and neighbors should be treated with courtesy, fairness, and thoughtful communication.
Service to others
We connect learning with action by encouraging volunteering, charity, outreach, and support for families facing practical needs.
Responsible stewardship
We seek to use donations, facilities, supplies, and volunteer time carefully in ways that serve the center's educational and charitable purpose.
Long-term vision
Our long-term vision is to become a trusted community center known for strong educational programs, reliable operations, youth mentorship, family support, and service projects that strengthen the wider Jacksonville community.
As needs grow, we intend to continue improving program structure, expanding volunteer opportunities, developing partnerships, and maintaining a welcoming space that families can depend on.
